One record, from quote to invoice
A job is created once and keeps the same record all the way through. Nothing is retyped between stages, so nothing drifts.

Scope, languages, volume and deadline are captured against your account and priced from your agreed rates.

Work is assigned to named linguists and specialists, with the deadline and instructions attached to the job itself.

Review and checks happen inside the same record, so a query never gets separated from the file it belongs to.

Security
Your documents are often confidential — contracts, filings, personal records. The controls below are the ones that matter in practice.
Server-enforced permissions
Every request is checked on the server against your role. A client account can reach its own organisation's work and nothing else — no other client, no internal operations, no commercial figures.
Two-factor login
Any account can switch on a second factor using a standard authenticator app, so a password on its own is not enough to get in.
Audit trail
Sign-ins, permission changes and changes to your records are written to an append-only log with the person and the time. Available to you on request.
Encryption and data protection
All traffic runs over encrypted connections. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Personal data is processed under the GDPR, and a data-processing agreement is available on request.
We describe only what the platform actually does. We are not currently ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certified, and we will not claim otherwise.
